Qualifications

• 5+ years in Data Analytics, BI or Analytics Consulting.
• Strong Tableau dashboard development and visual analytics.
• Advanced SQL skills.
• Python experience; cloud data platforms (Snowflake/Azure).
• Leadership or people development experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and optimise Tableau dashboards and reports to meet business needs.
• Turn complex datasets into actionable business insights for stakeholders.
• Write advanced SQL queries and work with large-scale data platforms.
• Manage analytics projects from requirements gathering through delivery.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand business challenges and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Mentor, coach and support junior analysts within the team.
• Drive best practices across reporting, visualisation and analytics delivery.
• Identify opportunities to expand analytics capabilities and deliver additional value.
