A leading global insurer is seeking an experienced and skilled Loss Adjuster to handle high value property claims within the Norwich and Suffolk area. • Handle high-value domestic property claims (typically £50k–£100k+), managing each case from first instruction through settlement.
• Work from home while travelling to policyholders across the UK; flexible hours (some evenings/weekends).
• Control claim spend within your financial authority and produce clear ABI-standard reports.
• Coordinate contractors, assess reinstatement works, and monitor progress to completion.
• Deliver empathetic, customer-first service and maintain first-class file quality.
