You will lead arrears strategy, monitor key metrics, and collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver cost-effective, compliant results while supporting Net Zero objectives.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in collections, debt operations or customer operations.
• Experience in regulated environments.
• Ability to use data to shape decisions and improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Own arrears and bad debt performance against targets and drive strategy.
• Lead performance reviews and develop a prioritised delivery roadmap.
• Monitor arrears flow, cure rates, and payment commitments.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-standard collections activity.
• Maintain strong controls and cost-efficient delivery through planning and stakeholder management.
