Job summary

ScottishPower, part of the Iberdrola Group, is recruiting a Senior Operations Manager in Glasgow (Hybrid). You will lead end-to-end collections operations across payments, arrears and recovery, shaping the operating model and using data to reduce bad debt and improve customer outcomes.

You’ll own arrears performance, run performance reviews, monitor key metrics, and collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure compliant, cost-efficient delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong background in collections, debt operations or broader customer operations.
• Experience designing or evolving collections operating models.
• Experience using data and insights to guide strategy and performance.

Responsibilities

• Own arrears and bad debt performance against targets using MI and insights.
• Lead regular performance reviews and develop a prioritised roadmap for improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver collections activity to high standards.
