Lendable is building world‑class fintech data platforms to power lending decisions and investor reporting. We’re hiring a Senior Analytics Engineer to strengthen our analytical foundation and scale data in a fast-growing environment.

You’ll own data models, drive dbt transformations, mentor analysts, and collaborate with product, backend, and data platform teams to deliver reliable, scalable analytics across the US Loans initiative and beyond.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL skills.
• Experience with ELT pipelines and transformations at scale, using dbt.
• Excellent stakeholder management with ability to influence and negotiate.
• Strong data modelling skills for reliable analytics.
• Good judgement balancing long-term platform work with business needs.
• Ability to spot inefficiencies in data workflows and improve them.
• Comfort using AI tools to speed up analytics workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve data models supporting lending decisions, pricing, portfolio analysis, and investor reporting.
• Drive development of dbt models and transformation layers with analysts and stakeholders.
• Define modelling patterns, architecture, and standards across analytics engineering.
• Support analysts at different levels to build stronger data engineering habits.
• Bridge analysts, backend engineers, product teams, and data platform to ensure usable data.
• Identify opportunities to improve pipeline efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Scale data infrastructure to support rapid business growth.
