Job summary

Lendable is building cutting-edge fintech data infrastructure to power lending and analytics. We seek an Analytics Engineer to strengthen the UK Cards analytics foundation, working with analysts, product teams, backend engineers and business stakeholders to transform data into reliable insights.

You will contribute to the modelling layer, improve data workflows and ensure our warehouse remains a strategic asset. This role emphasizes scalable data pipelines and data quality across the business.

Qualifications

• Strong data modelling skills for reliable analytical datasets.
• Experience with ELT pipelines and dbt.
• Experience with Snowflake or equivalent cloud data warehouse.
• Proactive in improving data workflows and data quality.
• Clear communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve data models supporting lending decisions, pricing, portfolio analysis, and investor reporting.
• Champion analytics engineering standards and culture.
• Collaborate with analysts and engineers to translate requirements into robust pipelines.
• Triage issues in the analytics pipeline and improve efficiency and reliability over time.
