Job summary

Creation Group is seeking a Senior Account Manager for Drinks and Experiential in London. This hybrid role involves managing end-to-end projects, coordinating with creative teams, and leading on-site delivery for live events.

You will balance strategic oversight with hands-on production and client management. Ideal candidates thrive in fast-paced environments, have strong on-trade experience, and are flexible to travel and work evenings/weekends when required.

Qualifications

• Experience in bars, on-trade, events and sales environments.
• Calm under pressure with strong attention to detail.
• Full driving licence required.
• Willingness to travel and be on-site for live builds and events.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of projects from concept to on-site delivery and debrief.
• Collaborate with internal creative and design teams to meet client objectives.
• Own project budgets from proposal through to reconciliation.
• Provide clear day-to-day leadership to the account team delivering projects.
• Act as senior on-site lead when required, maintaining delivery accountability.
