Job summary

The Opportunity Hub UK Ltd is seeking a Senior Account Director in Cardiff to drive measurable PR and communications outcomes. You will lead high-level client counsel, manage a talented team of account managers, and craft integrated strategies that align with broader business goals.

With responsibility for budgets, forecasting, and client satisfaction, you’ll contribute to new business pitches and help evolve the agency’s long-standing client roster.

Qualifications

• Several years' experience in a senior PR or communications role, ideally agency-side
• Confident communicator who can lead senior client discussions
• Strong commercial instincts with budgeting and forecasting ability

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of key accounts, setting strategy and delivering client satisfaction
• Lead client counsel at senior stakeholder level, including crisis and reputation management
• Manage and develop a team of account managers and executives
• Draft and present integrated communications strategies aligned to marketing and business goals
• Control account budgets and forecast growth opportunities within existing relationships
• Represent the agency in new business pitches
