Job summary

AECOM in the United Kingdom is seeking a Security Vetting Administrator to support the Security Vetting Manager and Company Security Controller across the UK. The role focuses on BPSS checks, DBS/ Disclosure Scotland, and handling CT, SC and DV clearance applications.

You will maintain vetting records, liaise with external agencies, ensure data protection, and contribute to policy development. Hybrid work options are available, with Day 1 onboarding at an AECOM office.

Qualifications

• Meticulous attention to detail and understanding of data protection principles.
• Have previous experience in a HR or Security Vetting role.
• Excellent administration and communication skills.
• High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide BPSS checks against standards like MOD JSP 440 and ORN pre-employment checks.
• Process Disclosure Barring Service and Disclosure Scotland checks.
• Handle Houses of Parliament pre-employment screening.
• Support vetting applications (CTC, SC, DV) and liaise with external agencies.
• Maintain records of vetting applications and status.
