Job summary

Altrad is seeking an experienced Security Manager to lead security requirements across projects, including SALs, cyber risk assessments and supplier assurances. You will collaborate with internal teams, customers and suppliers to ensure security is effectively managed and delivered.

The role supports the nuclear defence sector with a focus on security, safety and operational excellence, offering a hybrid working pattern across Scotland/UK sites.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Security Management across complex projects.
• Ability to manage Security Aspect Letters and risk assessments.
• Strong organisational, communication and record-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft and update Security Aspect Letters (SALs) and Grading Guides.
• Complete and track Cyber Risk Assessments and SAQs; review contractor cyber compliance.
• Maintain Security Management Plans and related security documents.
• Submit security business cases and management plans for contractors.
• Liaise with Contractor Security Controllers; conduct security advisory audits.
• Support Secure by Design compliance and GDPR adherence.
