Job summary

Inspired Thinking Group (ITG) in Birmingham is seeking a Scrum Master to guide cross-functional squads, foster mature Agile practices, and help deliver enterprise web solutions for clients, balancing project management and scrum master responsibilities in a hybrid work setting.

You will coordinate with Product Owners, Analysts, Architects and developers, run sprint ceremonies, remove impediments, and ensure timely delivery across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Experience as Scrum Master or Digital Project Manager.
• Experience using Agile management tools such as Jira.
• Experience in fast-paced agency environments.
• Experience writing functional specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate sprint teams within a Scrum framework.
• Coordinate with Product Owners, Analysts, Architects and developers; manage multiple projects.
• Communicate clearly with internal ITG teams and external clients.
• May come from a digital agency/consultancy background seeking a new challenge.
