Job summary

Inspired Thinking Group (ITG) is seeking a Digital Business Analyst to shape and deliver web and e-commerce projects. You will combine Agile practice with business analysis to define requirements, acceptance criteria, and drive delivery across the full lifecycle.

You will collaborate with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Solution Architects, developers and QA analysts in a fast-paced environment, ensuring clear communication and pragmatic problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Digital Business Analyst in current or previous roles.
• Proven ability to work across the full development lifecycle from requirements through to UAT.
• Strong communication skills tailored to different audiences.
• Experience collaborating with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Solution Architects, developers and QA analysts.

Responsibilities

• Shape the nature of web and e-commerce projects using Agile principles.
• Own requirements gathering and acceptance criteria creation.
• Collaborate across development lifecycle from requirements to UAT.
• Discuss and align with technical teams on frontend and backend implications.
