Job summary

Inspired Thinking Group (ITG) is seeking a skilled Programme Manager to lead multiple SCRUM and digital delivery teams within its Digital Engineering function. You will own roadmaps and project plans across several programme teams and coordinate with stakeholders and Product Owners to ensure timely delivery.

You will mentor Scrum Masters, manage resources and risks, and collaborate with third-party partners to realise business benefits.

Qualifications

• Expert resource management with the ability to direct and lead multiple teams.
• Experience managing digital/technology programmes and projects.
• Proven ability to deliver multi-million-pound programmes with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong Agile/Scrum and Prince2 methodology experience.
• Excellent communication with senior stakeholders and clients.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for output of multiple SCRUM and digital delivery teams.
• Own roadmaps and project plans across programme teams.
• Mentor Scrum Masters and Digital Project Managers in Agile methods.
• Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders and Product Owners.
• Manage resources, dependencies, risks, and delivery milestones.
