Job summary

Inspired Thinking Group (ITG) is seeking a Scrum Master to join our Digital Engineering team in a hybrid role at Fort Dunlop. You will blend project management with Scrum Master duties, guiding sprint teams and collaborating with developers, BAs, Product Owners, and external stakeholders.

A digital agency/consultancy background and PRINCE2/CSM accreditation are advantageous, with 2 days in the office and 3 days remote.

Qualifications

• Experience as Scrum Master or Digital Project Manager.
• Experience using Agile management tools such as JIRA.
• Experience of working within a fast-paced agency environment.
• Experience of writing functional specifications.
• Prince2 or CSM accreditation.
• Experience working on Automotive projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead sprint teams within a SCRUM framework for Agile projects.
• Manage several projects concurrently across different platforms.
• Lead conversations with internal ITG teams and external clients to align expectations.
