Inspired Thinking Group is seeking a senior Programme Manager to lead multiple SCRUM and digital delivery teams within the Digital Engineering function. You will own the overall roadmap and project plans for several programme teams across projects and clients to manage that roadmap.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multi-million-pound programmes and projects.
• Strong Agile/Scrum and Prince2 knowledge with governance experience.
• Proven ability to lead diverse multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for the output of multiple SCRUM and digital delivery teams.
• Own roadmap and project plans for multiple programme teams.
• Ensure delivery across projects and engage clients to manage the roadmap.
• Mentor Scrum Masters and Digital Project Managers in Agile methods.
• Facilitate effective communication with stakeholders and Product Owners.
• Collaborate to implement digital solutions and realise business benefits.
• Drive customer satisfaction, quality, and team performance.
• Manage blockers, changes, and performance improvements.
• Oversee resource utilisation within the programme.
