You will coach teams, facilitate ceremonies and improve processes to raise delivery quality and speed, collaborating with the Head of Digital, Product Managers, Data Analysts, CRO, Web Managers and UX/UI experts.
Qualifications
- Certified Scrum Master with agile experience.
- Experience coaching teams to adopt agile practices.
- Ability to improve cross-team coordination and delivery governance.
Responsibilities
- Lead agile ceremonies and coach Scrum teams to improve delivery.
- Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives.
- Improve agile maturity and capability within the team.
- Collaborate with Head of Digital, Product Managers, Data Analysts, CRO, Web Managers and UX/UI experts.
