Job summary

Ecology by Design is seeking a commercially minded Sales Support Coordinator to sit at the heart of our business development process in Oxfordshire. You will coordinate quotations and proposals, support bids and tenders, and take ownership of our CRM while ensuring opportunities move forward.

This hybrid full-time role offers £35k-£45k DOE, a busy environment, and opportunities to grow into business development, bid management, marketing, or sales and commercial management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating enquiries, quotations and fee proposals from initial request through to submission and follow-up
• Preparing proposals and gathering technical scope, pricing and resourcing information from the ecology team
• Supporting larger bids, tenders, frameworks, PQQs and supplier registrations
• Taking ownership of the CRM, maintaining accurate client and opportunity information
• Following up outstanding quotations and opportunities by phone and email
• Researching prospective clients, organisations and project opportunities
• Supporting targeted outreach to new, existing and lapsed clients
• Tracking enquiries, conversion rates, quote turnaround times and sources of new work
• Helping improve and automate commercial, quotation and administrative processes
• Supporting networking, conferences and client meetings where appropriate
