Job summary

Barratt Developments plc is seeking a Sales Administrator to support the Sales team with administration, reporting and customer service as customers progress through the homebuying journey.

The role involves paperwork, progress reports, GDPR filing, and coordinating with internal teams to keep the sales process on track, with hybrid working and opportunities across North Midlands sites.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Dynamics.
• Excellent customer service and communication.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and reports.

Responsibilities

• Keep customer at heart of everything we do with excellent customer service.
• Coordinate paperwork for sales progression and compile weekly/monthly/ad-hoc reports.
• Assist with client extras orders, ensure correct payment and process refunds.
• Produce weekly/monthly reports (reservations, contracts, completion stats, revenues).
• Coordinate with internal/external customers and suppliers for smooth workflow and events.
• Maintain online filing systems and GDPR-compliant databases.
• Oversee order process, purchase orders, equipment and travel bookings.
• Perform general admin tasks and ad hoc duties as required.
