Job summary

Believe Music Publishing / Sentric Music seeks a Royalty Processing Manager to lead the royalty distributions workflow and ensure accurate client statements. You will validate data ingestion, oversee reporting, and resolve discrepancies across our global network.

Based in the UK with hybrid working, you will enhance QA, drive analytics (SQL, Power BI/Tableau), and mentor the team to deliver timely, compliant royalties for a diverse client base.

Qualifications

• Experience in royalty functions, financial analysis, or similar roles within music publishing.
• Prior people management experience.
• Strong understanding of royalty processing and revenue assurance practices.
• Analytical with data validation and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Royalty Processing Team and oversee workflows.
• Oversee matching statistics and accuracy of data.
• Monitor cash receipts and track data with third parties.
• Liaise with Distribution Team and Finance on processing errors.
• Own and refine QA checks and processes.
• Develop royalty analysis functions for high-quality reporting.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to improve tooling.
