• Experience of Royalties management in Book/Audio publishing or music industry.
• Ability to manage a small team effectively.
• Strong understanding of complex contracts and data management.

Responsibilities

• Manage the whole Royalties function and a small team.
• Create and implement process changes.
• Be part of the implementation team for a new Royalties system.
• Maintain the Royalty system for better controls and efficiencies.
• Prepare statements and manage sub-rights statements.
• Maintain strong author and agent relationships.
