Believe Music Publishing (Sentric) seeks a Royalty Processing Manager to lead the ingestion and processing of global royalty distributions, ensuring accurate client statements and robust data quality. You will manage a dedicated team, develop royalty analytics, and drive improvements across processes.

You will collaborate with product and engineering to build tools, use SQL and BI platforms for reporting, and uphold strict revenue assurance. UK right to work required.

Qualificações

• Demonstrated experience in royalty functions, financial analysis, or similar roles within the music publishing industry.
• Thorough understanding of royalty processing and revenue assurance practices.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data validation and accuracy.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to manage relationships and internal collaborations effectively.
• Ability to drive strategic decision-making in cross-functional forums
• Detail-oriented approach with a high level of accuracy in financial calculations and reporting.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced department.
• Knowledge of end to end publishing administration workflows, and how to address contractual nuances within royalties.
• Results driven, with the ability to challenge process, and define workflows
• Experience with writing SQL queries, along with data visualisation tools such as PowerBI or Tableau.

Responsabilidades

• Ingest and process royalty distribution data from the global collection network.
• Manage royalty processing workflows and ensure accurate reporting and analysis for client statements.
• Carry out revenue assurance checks and ensure integrity of reporting internally and for clients.
• Monitor and drive comprehensive royalty processing and liaise with internal teams on queries regarding royalty data, adjustments and corrections.
• Lead and develop the Royalty Processing Team.
• Oversee matching statistics and monitor cash receipts with third parties.
• Coordinate with Distribution Team and Finance on processing errors.
• Refine quality assurance checks and processes.
• Develop royalty analysis functions to deliver high-quality data and reporting.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to develop tooling to support timely processes.
