St. James's Place is seeking a Risk Consultant to champion risk management in a data-led, regulated environment. You will work with Partner Practices and internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks while supporting regulatory compliance.

You will influence governance, drive risk insight, and help deliver a robust risk framework across the Partnership, enabling sustainable growth and client protection.

Qualifikationen

• CII Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning.
• Strong understanding of financial services regulation and risk frameworks.
• Proven experience analysing risk data and management reporting to identify trends.
• Demonstrable experience prioritising and influencing multiple stakeholders in a regulated environment.

Aufgaben

• Deliver Partner Engagement Programmes and Firm Reviews on an annual and ad-hoc basis.
• Support Partner Practices in regulatory change and governance requirements.
• Use risk expertise to identify, assess and resolve risks across Partner Practices and the wider business.
• Analyse data to identify trends, emerging risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Escalate breaches requiring formal investigation to the Second Line Investigation team.
• Coordinate and monitor corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with First Line teams to provide risk guidance and support.
• Contribute to internal audits and oversight reviews to maintain robust risk management.
