St. James's Place in the UK is seeking a Risk Consultant to help Partner Practices grow safely by championing a data-led approach to risk management.

You will work with Partner Practices and internal stakeholders to identify, assess and mitigate risks while supporting regulatory requirements and best practice. Qualifications

• CII Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning is required.
• Strong knowledge of financial services regulation and risk frameworks.
• Experience analysing risk data and management reporting to drive actions.
• Evidence of influencing multiple stakeholders in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead risk advisory for Partner Practices, identifying, assessing and mitigating risks.
• Support regulatory changes and governance requirements across practices.
• Analyse data to identify trends, emerging risks and improvements.
• Coordinate with First/Second Line and drive corrective actions.
• Support audits, lessons learned and oversight reviews.
