BMS Group is offering an Early Careers Programme in Risk and Compliance based in London with hybrid remote options. You will work with risk, compliance and financial crime professionals, rotate through departments, and study for an industry-recognised qualification.

The role develops both practical and analytical skills in a collaborative, global environment. You’ll gain exposure to risk management fundamentals, controls, events, and mitigating actions while contributing to second-line support

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths at grade 9-4/A*-C.
• Level 3 qualifications such as A Levels, NVQ or BTEC.
• Basic level of Excel experience required.

Responsibilities

• Learn elements of risk management and control assessments.
• Rotate across Risk and Compliance areas to broaden exposure.
