Liberis is seeking a London-based risk professional to strengthen second-line oversight as the company combines with Qred. You will develop and embed our risk framework, conduct independent reviews, and move testing toward automated, continuous monitoring.

The role offers exposure across the business and opportunities to shape the risk function’s evolution. You’ll work with the risk team across countries, provide practical recommendations, and engage stakeholders while maintaining independent

Qualifications

• Experience delivering risk management or independent review work and ability to explain findings and implications.
• Understanding of risk frameworks, appetite, and controls in practice vs first-line ownership.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update the risk framework, policies, and risk appetite.
• Contribute to the annual second-line risk plan and identify areas for independent review.
• Plan and deliver risk reviews, assess controls, and communicate findings with recommendations.
• Automate control testing and KPI monitoring using systems and AI tools.
