Moneybox is seeking a Head of Risk to lead its second line risk function. You will own the Risk Management Framework, provide independent oversight, and report a forward-looking risk view to the Executive and Board.

You will head a team of Risk Business Partners across Operations, Technology & AI, and Central Functions, ensuring risk practices align with FCA expectations. You will collaborate with Compliance, Financial Crime and Data Protection teams, and contribute to governance discussions at

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a second line risk role within FCA-regulated financial services.
• Proven track record designing and embedding a Risk Management Framework and risk appetite.

Responsabilités

• Own and continually improve the Risk Management Framework and risk policy.
• Lead and coach the Risk Business Partner team across functions.
• Provide independent second line oversight of principal risks and challenge across the firm.
• Oversee ICARA, wind-down planning, and scenario testing in collaboration with Finance.
• Maintain risk appetite framework and report breaches to Executive and Board.
• Produce risk MI for Executive, Risk Committee, and Board Risk Committee.
