As Liberis and Qred come together, you’ll help strengthen second-line risk oversight across the combined organisation. You’ll develop and embed our risk framework, carry out independent reviews, and improve how we identify and monitor risks across businesses and markets.
This is a new individual contributor role based in London, working with the risk team and colleagues across countries. You’ll provide independent challenge and practical recommendations to support informed decisions and responsible growth. A key priority will be moving from manual, sample-based testing towards more automated, ongoing monitoring.
You’ll gain broad exposure across the organisation, with opportunities to deepen your specialism and shape how the risk function develops.
Working together in person helps us move faster, collaborate better and build a great Liberis culture. Our hybrid working approach currently includes at least three days a week in the office, increasing to at least four days following our move to a new office, anticipated in Q1 2027.
