Overview

Account Manager role for a creative packaging and brand design agency, The Fix Creative Ltd, based in Windsor, Berkshire. Salary £40–£45K for Account Managers with Design/Creative agency experience; Senior Account Managers with similar packaging background may earn up to £50K. The role is on-site 4 days per week with one day from home.

Our client works with well-known brands in FMCG, Food/Drinks, delivering packaging and branding design.

Responsibilities

• Manage a variety of creative projects and build long-term client relationships with allocated clients.
• Serve as an essential link between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth relationships.
• Demonstrate strong organisational skills, excellent communication, attention to detail, and energy.

Requirements

• At least 3+ years experience as an Account Handler within a creative agency.
• Agency background with experience in client management for design projects.
• Ability to build relationships with clients and communicate effectively with a common-sense approach, intelligence, expertise and initiative.
