We are Design4Retail. We craft immersive retail experiences that transform brand stories into engaging environments. We’re seeking a Design Agency Account Manager to join our team, ensuring projects run seamlessly, clients remain satisfied, and creative ideas come to life.

If you have 5–10 years’ experience in a design agency or on the brand/VM side, and a good understanding and interest in retail design, this is your opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic team where your contributions truly matter.

You will be the main link between our clients and our teams, turning ideas into retail experiences. From store designs and pop-ups to concessions and shop-in-shops, you will oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Based at our Lutterworth HQ, we operate with 4 days in the office and 1 day from home. The role also involves regular travel across the UK, Europe, and occasionally globally, to engage with clients, suppliers, and retail sites.
