The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor, licensed conveyancer or legal executive with strong knowledge of property law, excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to regulatory compliance and case

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor, licensed conveyancer or legal executive with residential conveyancing experience.
• Strong knowledge of residential property law and conveyancing procedures.
• Excellent client care and communication skills.
• The ability to explain complex legal matters clearly and accessibly.
• Proven ability to manage a varied caseload independently and efficiently.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion.
• Draft, review and advise on contracts and related documentation.
• Conduct title investigations and review searches.
• Advise clients clearly on legal, financial and practical risks.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors to progress transactions.
• Ensure files are managed in accordance with SRA requirements and timely billing.
