Forrest Recruitment Ltd. is assisting a well-established legal firm in Wirral to recruit a Conveyancing Assistant for their Transactional Conveyancing team. This role focuses on providing administrative and transactional support across residential conveyancing matters.

You will work alongside Fee Earners and Paralegals on a varied caseload, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and related tasks, with hybrid working and opportunities to develop in a supportive, client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a conveyancing environment.
• Good knowledge of conveyancing processes and procedures.
• Strong administration and organisational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A proactive, reliable and client-focused approach.

Responsabilités

• Provide administrative and transactional support across a residential conveyancing caseload.
• Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and equity release.
• Prepare reports, completion statements and documentation.
• Respond to client and third-party enquiries.
• Process client ID checks, searches and mortgage funds.
• Assist with completion and post-completion matters, including SDLT and HMLR requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and close files on the case management system.
• Provide general administrative support to the Conveyancing team.
