Job summary

TSR Legal in Cardiff is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their team on a hybrid basis. The role focuses on managing a residential conveyancing caseload with support to grow the department.

You will handle sale, purchase, remortgage and property matters, deliver high-quality client service, and build relationships with clients and referrers. An existing following is advantageous, but not essential; commercial mindset welcomed.

• Strong technical understanding of residential property law.
• Proven track record of managing a residential conveyancing caseload.
• Excellent client care and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion.
• Handle sale, purchase, remortgage and related property matters.
• Provide high-quality, client-focused advice.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and professional referrers.
• Contribute to the growth of the residential property department.
