G2 Legal Limited in Stratford-upon-Avon is seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join the busy Property Department. You’ll manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion with dedicated Paralegal support, delivering excellent client service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload.
• Strong knowledge of conveyancing procedures, CQS Protocol and AML requirements.
• Excellent communication, organisation and business development skills.
• Team player with experience using case management systems (P4W and Lexcel experience desirable).

Responsabilités

• Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.
• Handle sales, purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages and other residential property transactions.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, HM Land Registry and other third parties.
• Provide excellent client care both in person and over the telephone.
• Ensure files are managed in line with firm procedures, CQS requirements and regulatory standards.
• Maintain compliance with Anti-Money Laundering legislation and conveyancing protocols.
• Monitor and achieve departmental budgets and performance targets.
• Undertake continuing competency and mandatory CQS training.
