Job summary

Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council is seeking a diligent tenancy support professional to work across the Borough, providing assistance to homeless households and coordinating with internal and external services. The role involves regular travel and close teamwork, under supportive supervision.

Ideal candidates will have experience in tenancy support, advice services or social care, plus a basic IT skillset and at least 4 GCSEs (A-C).

Qualifications

• Experience in tenancy support, advice service or social care role.
• Working knowledge of issues faced by homeless households.
• Required level of IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Travel regularly across the Borough and to other Local Authority areas to deliver support.
• Work with service users to help them access support and overcome housing-related issues.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to provide timely, relevant services.
