CC87 Ltd is recruiting a Housing and Resettlement Worker in Middlesbrough/Tees Valley. The role involves intensive housing management, support planning, risk assessments and working with 16–18s, care leavers and adults from diverse backgrounds.

You will need strong organisational skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and on-call duties. A DBS check is required and the post is full-time (37.5 hrs/week).

Qualificações

• Experience of intensive housing management alongside support planning and risk assessments.
• Ability to work with care leavers, young people 16–18 and adults from diverse backgrounds.
• Good organisation, time management and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
