Hilton Aberdeen TECA is seeking a Cluster Reservations & Events Coordinator to join our vibrant team. You will manage room reservations, group bookings, and event coordination across Hilton and Aloft Aberdeen TECA, working closely with sales, operations, and clients to optimise revenue and deliver exceptional service.

The role requires proactive selling, accurate booking management, and strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel reservations and events coordination.

Responsibilities

• Handle individual, group, and corporate reservations across cluster properties.
• Process bookings via phone, email, online platforms, and internal systems.
• Coordinate with Sales, F&B, Banqueting and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor room inventory and rates in coordination with Revenue Management.
• Upsell rooms and packages to maximise revenue.
