Zusammenfassung

Watershed in Bristol is seeking a proactive Research Coordinator to provide administrative support to the Director of Research and help organise activities at Pervasive Media Studio. You will initiate and maintain systems to deliver work efficiently and compliantly, coordinate meetings, events and data entry, and assist with contract processing and invoicing.

Qualifikationen

Significant experience of admin within complex projects.
Experience of developing processes and systems to support teams of people.
Demonstrable confidence managing large amounts of information.
Demonstrable commitment to responding to questions and requests with compassion and care.

Aufgaben

Coordinate admin for A Carrier Bag Theory of Innovation meetings (fortnightly) and partner meetings.
Coordinate administration for Advisory Board.
Coordinate logistics for stakeholder events at Pervasive Media Studio.
Coordinate training and development for the Director of Research and colleagues.
Support data collation/entry for tracking and reporting on activities.
Issue contracts, process invoices and schedule activities.
Support the department by hosting visitors and upholding inclusive practices.
Perform general admin tasks to support the Director of Research.
