Job summary

Dyson Farming Research is seeking a highly organised Team Coordinator to support the delivery of our research programme. You will coordinate across research projects, trial operations, financial administration, communications, data management and stakeholder engagement.

Working with researchers, partners and suppliers, you will help ensure projects are delivered on time, budgets are managed effectively, information is accurate and findings shared with the industry.

Qualifications

• Experience in coordination, administration, project support or operations.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of research projects, including funded programmes.
• Support grant claims, project reporting and documentation.
• Monitor milestones, budgets, actions and deliverables.
• Liaise with project partners, funders, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate procurement activities, purchase orders, quotations and invoice processing.
• Support budget tracking and financial reporting activities.
• Organise meetings, maintain action logs and project records.
• Assist in producing technical reports, newsletters and presentations.
• Coordinate collection of trial results and updates for dissemination.
• Organise research events, stakeholder visits and knowledge exchange.
