Job summary

Howden Group Holdings in Gloucester is seeking a Renewals Sales Advisor to join our PMI renewals team. You will manage a pipeline of private medical insurance renewals, contact clients ahead of renewal dates, and maintain accurate records across multiple systems.

We offer full training and a structured career pathway with hybrid working (3 days from home, 2 days in the office), full-time hours (39 per week), and a focus on excellent customer service and compliant guidance.

Responsibilities

• Manage a pipeline of PMI policy renewals ahead of renewal date.
• Maintain accurate client records across multiple systems.
• Work to, and consistently achieve, daily and monthly KPIs including call activity.
• Take ownership of personal performance and seek feedback.
• Stay up to date with product knowledge, insurer changes, and market developments.
• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls and emails.
• Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities where appropriate.
• Deliver clear, compliant advice in line with regulatory standards.
