Job summary

Howden in Gloucester is seeking a proactive Renewals Sales Advisor to join our team. You will manage a pipeline of Private Medical Insurance renewals, contact clients ahead of renewal dates, and provide clear, compliant advice with a customer-first approach.

Hybrid working: three days from home, two days in the office, full-time 39 hours per week. The role focuses on delivering excellent service, building product knowledge, and achieving targets within a supportive, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage PMI policy renewal pipeline and contact clients ahead of renewal date.
• Maintain accurate client records across multiple systems.
• Achieve daily and monthly KPIs including call activity and retention.
• Improve call quality through feedback and learning.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and market changes.
• Handle a high volume of inbound/outbound calls and emails guiding renewal options.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities where suitable.
• Provide clear, compliant advice aligned with regulatory standards.
