KBS Corporate in Bolton is seeking a proactive sales professional to build relationships with SME owners, secure instructions to sell, and close deals.

You’ll operate in a target-driven environment with an uncapped commission structure, a base salary of £30,000-£35,000, and an OTE of £45,000-£55,000. This role offers a hybrid/remote setup, 28 days holiday, and regular team incentives.

Responsibilities

• Building relationships with small business owners to secure instructions to sell their business
• Negotiating contracts and fees
• Advising clients on the business sale process confidentially and professionally
• Keeping clients informed of completions and developments
• Collaborating with the nationwide team of Commercial Directors
• Working through the in-house CRM system
• Delivering a first-class client experience at every stage
