Job summary

FundApps by RegSensus in London is seeking a Regulatory Analyst to own regulatory analysis across jurisdictions, translating complex rules into our rule language and driving delivery from analysis through testing.

You’ll collaborate with Product, Client Services and Engineering to shape features like Shareholding Disclosure and regulatory reporting, applying sound judgment to interpret regulations and identify risks.

Qualifications

• Experience in regulatory, compliance, legal, technical, quantitative or business analyst role, ideally within financial services or RegTech.
• Experience interpreting complex requirements or regulation and turning them into clear, practical outputs.
• Good knowledge of financial instruments such as equities, bonds and derivatives.
• The ability to work independently and take ownership of work, while recognising when an issue needs escalation.

Responsibilities

• Analyse financial regulation and translate complex requirements into our domain-language.
• Own regulatory changes and rule updates through analysis, implementation, testing and release.
• Apply judgement to regulatory interpretation, identify ambiguities or risks, escalate complex issues.
• Investigate client queries relating to regulatory interpretation and rule logic with Client Services.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering on regulatory modifications and service enhancements.
