Suade is seeking a Senior Business Analyst/Manager to join the RegTech team in London. You will lead architecture, development and expansion of regulatory reports, partnering with product and engineering to deliver client-focused solutions.

You will manage projects, mentor graduates, and act as SME for regulatory reporting, staying ahead of changes in CRR/IFR and other rules. Excellent English communication and stakeholder management are essential, with flexible remote options.

Formación

• At least 3 years of experience as a subject matter expert at a regulated firm or as a consultant.
• Previous experience in a client-facing role – external or internal stakeholders.
• Deep banking product understanding (Loans, Securities, Derivatives, etc.).
• Excellent English verbal/listening and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a portfolio of client-facing implementation projects, defining business requirements and data mapping to FIRE schema.
• Directly manage and train your team of graduate Business Analysts.
• Be the SME in one regulatory report family and stay updated on regulatory changes.
• Provide SME input to client queries under BAU conditions and develop documentation for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Elevate Suade’s regulatory presence with Sales/Marketing in presentations and events.
