Nasdaq is seeking a Junior Business Analyst to shape regulatory reporting solutions for financial institutions in a hybrid London setting. You will translate regulatory requirements into clear product features and maintain BRDs/FSDs with cross‑functional teams.

You’ll work with Development, QA, and Product to ensure accurate delivery, staying current on regulatory changes and industry trends to support product evolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in financial services or regulatory/compliance-focused roles.
• Knowledge of EBA and local regulatory reporting.
• Understanding of accounting principles and banking products.
• Strong written and verbal communication to translate regulatory requirements into docs.

Responsabilités

• Convert regulatory requirements into product features and specifications.
• Create and maintain BRDs and FSDs detailing data inputs, processes, logic, and outputs.
• Collaborate with Development, QA and Product to ensure clarity and compliance.
• Act as SME across the product lifecycle, supporting tests and answering regulatory questions.
• Monitor regulatory changes and industry trends to steer product evolution.
