Job summary

Venn Group is seeking an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to support a high-volume recruitment programme, helping to attract, assess and onboard talent across a fast-paced organisation.

This temporary role in the UK involves the full recruitment lifecycle, coordinating interviews, advertising vacancies, liaising with hiring managers and candidates, and issuing offers and pre-employment checks. Hybrid working is available after training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months' experience in a high-volume recruitment environment.
• Experience advertising vacancies, shortlisting candidates and coordinating interviews.
• Strong understanding of pre-employment checks, compliance processes and onboarding.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from advert creation through to onboarding.
• Coordinate interviews, assessment centres and recruitment events.
• Advertise vacancies and shortlist applications against agreed criteria.
• Liaise with hiring managers and candidates, providing advice and updates throughout the recruitment process.
• Issue offers, contracts and recruitment-related correspondence.
• Oversee pre-employment checks including references, right-to-work, DBS and occupational health clearances.
• Maintain accurate records across recruitment and HR systems.
• Support recruitment campaigns, careers events and assessment days.
• Produce recruitment reports and monitor recruitment KPIs.
• Ensure all recruitment activity is compliant with employment legislation and organisational policies.
