Job summary

Co-op is seeking a proactive Range and Space Transformation Analyst to modernise tools and processes for ranges and space across the business. You will join a major transformation programme, moving from on-premise to scalable platforms and working with teams across Range, Space, Technology and Change.

You will help design, test and embed new systems, shaping practical solutions and ensuring data quality, with a strong focus on delivering measurable improvements for customers and members.

Qualifications

• Experience working with retail, category management, merchandising or space planning systems.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Experience supporting system implementations, business change projects or process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of range and space transformation projects, helping to implement new tools, systems and processes.
• Analyse data, workflows and user requirements to identify opportunities for improvement and support business decisions.
• Collaborate with Technology, Change and SRM teams to shape practical, user-focused solutions.
• Support system testing, validation activities and issue resolution to ensure new functionality is fit for purpose.
• Help maintain data quality and consistency across range and space systems.
• Produce clear reports, insights and recommendations to support programme delivery and performance.
• Assist with change activities, including training, communications and process documentation.
• Monitor system performance and user feedback to identify enhancements and improvement opportunities.
• Build strong relationships across the business as a trusted contact for transformation activity.
• Support the Range and Space Transformation Lead in delivering programme milestones.
