Job summary

Better Staff Recruitment is assisting a well-established multi-disciplinary practice providing consultancy services across the public and private sectors to recruit a Qualified Quantity Surveyor. This is an exciting opportunity to join an outstanding team without the commute into London.

You will deliver on schemes ranging from £5k to £40k, pre and post contract, reporting directly to Partner Quantity Surveyors.

Qualifications

• MRICS membership is preferred and highly valued.
• Minimum 3 years of consultancy experience.
• Experience in public sector projects.
• Proficient in cost estimation, procurement, valuations, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver project and professional services to public and private sector clients.
• Handle cost estimation to NRM1 standard.
• Procurement and tendering.
• Valuations and financial reporting.
• Risk management and cost controls.
