Baily Garner, a Birmingham-based construction consultancy, is seeking an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor with Project Team Leader responsibilities. The role sits in our cost consultancy and employer's agent group in Birmingham, with potential for hybrid working on diverse projects.

You will lead a multi-disciplinary team, manage client schemes, prepare cost plans, and monitor budgets and contracts. A strong background in construction consultancy and proficiency in MS Office are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction consultancy and Employers' Agent roles.
• Ability to manage project teams and client liaison.
• Proficient with MS Office including Excel and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with clients, present schemes, manage programmes, and ensure service delivery.
• Act as Contract Administrator or Employer's Agent.
• Lead and manage the Professional Team on projects.
• Prepare feasibility reports, cost plans, and tender documents.
• Oversee budgets, interim payments, variations, and final accounts.
