Job summary

ISS is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support the Commercial Manager in cost management across the CSI Programme. The role covers cost planning, governance, and NEC contract compliance for security infrastructure projects.

Working with Project Managers and suppliers, you will manage risk, produce pricing and tender documents, and maintain transparent financial performance from feasibility through close-out. A UK driving licence is required and NEC/CEMAR experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in Quantity Surveying, cost management and commercial reporting across projects.
• Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Proven ability to take-offs, measure drawings, and develop pricing from specs.

Responsibilities

• Undertake quantity take-offs and measurement for estimating, cost planning and commercial assurance.
• Prepare cost estimates, pricing models and supplier pricing using rates.
• Prepare tender documents, review bids and provide commercial recommendations.
• Liaise with project managers and suppliers to obtain approvals and support delivery.
• Maintain cost control, forecasting, budget monitoring and commercial reporting.
• Prepare valuations and issue payment certificates to suppliers.
• Administer NEC contracts including Compensation Events and change control.
• Manage commercial risks, invoices, final accounts and project close-out.
