Job summary

Nationwide is seeking a Controls Assessor to join the Quality Checking team, delivering robust quality assurance across operations and offshore partners. You will assess work, provide constructive feedback and help raise standards throughout Retail Support.

The role combines quality assurance with data analysis, training support and process improvements. We welcome flexible/hybrid arrangements and this is a 12-month secondment, with attendance typically 2 days per week at Swindon or Northampton

Qualifications

• Experience in quality assurance and controls.
• Ability to analyse data and identify improvements.
• Experience providing constructive feedback to partners.
• Stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills.
